Supplied and installed two Central extract systems in a pub converted into two flats, to provide extraction from the kitchen, utility, bathroom and en-suit.
Note the existing PVC flexible ducting fitted by others was wrong so we were called in to take over.
The loft space is a `cold’ area therefore we replaced the flexible with solid insulated ducting.
Client feedback was positive as the new tenants were very happy with the efficiency of the system to extract the condensation from the bathroom, en-suit, kitchen and utility.
