- To prepare quotes, reports and invoices
- To provide information requested on services and products
- Where the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract, e.g. to facilitate backing-up and restoring data, for archiving purposes, or to provide technical support

We sometimes share your personal data with trusted third parties. They provide an integral part of the service we provide to you and support our business operations. For example, ventilation manufacturers, health and safety consultants, accountant, HMRC (staff only).
